Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

Unused, unassembled, and in original condition

Returned in original packaging, including all components, accessories, and documentation

All eligible returns requested within the 30-day return window qualify for free return shipping, regardless of the reason for return.
Returns requested after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

All returns are handled by mail only. We do not accept in-store returns for online purchases.

Restocking Fee

Damaged or Defective Items
If your mattress arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

Take clear photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery or without supporting photos may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
