Order Cancellation Policy
At Colombia Mattresses, we aim to process orders quickly and accurately. Please review the order cancellation terms below before placing your order.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by contacting us, provided the order has not yet entered processing.
Cancellation requests are subject to the current order status. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Refund Processing
If your order is successfully canceled before shipping, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
For approved returns, once the item is received and inspected, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
I Have Not Received My Order Yet. Can I Cancel It and Get a Full Refund?
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
However, eligible items may be returned after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Once the return is approved and processed, a refund will be issued based on the applicable policy terms.

I Entered an Incorrect Shipping Address. Can I Cancel My Order?
Requests related to incorrect shipping information are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address without canceling the order.
