At COLOMBIA MATTRESSES, we understand that sometimes you may need to make changes to your order. This policy outlines how order cancellations and modifications are handled.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by contacting us via email at Support@colombiamattress.com.
After this time window, your order may already be processed and prepared for shipment, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Refund Processing
If your cancellation request is successfully approved, refunds will be processed within up to 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
I Have Not Received My Order Yet. Can I Cancel It?
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
However, eligible items may still be returned after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. If you need assistance with a return, please contact us.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
- If your order has not yet been processed, we can update the shipping address
- If your order has already been processed, we may still be able to modify the address, depending on the status
- If your order has already been shipped, changes are no longer possible, but we will assist you with the next steps where applicable
