Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.


Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once processed, orders are shipped using our Free Shipping method and typically arrive within:

  • Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days
  • Total Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days (processing + transit)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier-related delays beyond our control (such as weather conditions or high shipping demand).


Shipping Location

We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, international shipping is not available.


Shipping Charges

We proudly offer Free Shipping on all orders. No additional shipping fees are applied at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier.

If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us for assistance.


Delivery Issues or Delays

If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in locating your shipment.


Damaged Packages

If your mattress or package arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery
  • Send the photos along with your order number to: Support@colombiamattress.com

Without photographic evidence, we may not be able to offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
