Refund & Return Policy

At COLOMBIA MATTRESSES, our mission is to provide high-quality mattresses that ensure comfort, support, and satisfaction. Your experience matters to us, and we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If, for any reason, your order does not meet your expectations, our return and refund process is designed to be simple, clear, and stress-free.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging, including all parts and accessories
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

If an incorrect order was placed by the customer, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility. We do not accept returns beyond the 30-day return window.

Return Method

All returns are handled by mail only. We do not accept in-store returns for online purchases at this time.

Return Label

A prepaid return shipping label may be provided for eligible returns that meet our return criteria. If the return is due to a customer error (such as ordering the wrong mattress or a change of mind), return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

To return an item:

  1. Repack the mattress securely in its original packaging
  2. Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package
  3. Drop off the package at the nearest shipping carrier location listed on the label

If you have misplaced your return label, please contact our support team to request a new one.

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee. Returns are free of charge for items that meet the return conditions.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your mattress arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help. Please:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery
  • Send the photos along with your order details to: Support@colombiamattress.com

Claims submitted after 7 days or without visual proof may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
